Project Assistant - Business Transformation Program (m/f/d)

Join a large-scale international business transformation program and play a key role in keeping project operations running smoothly. As a Project Assistant (m/f/d), you will support the PMO and project leadership teams by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless administrative processes across a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation environment.

## Ihre Aufgaben

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, workshops, and project-related events across multiple stakeholder groups
• Support the planning and execution of project governance meetings and workshops
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate version control within SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms
• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of project status reports, presentations, and dashboard inputs
• Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and logistical inquiries
• Support onboarding activities for new team members and external consultants
• Organize travel arrangements and logistics for workshops, project events, and go-live activities
• Track action items and support follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of project deliverables
