VP Finance (all genders)

Your Profile:

• Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Investment, or similar. Experience in at least one startup, scale-up, or fast-growing dynamic environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in capital-intensive industries such as deep tech, aerospace, manufacturing, hardware, energy, or mobility.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Asset financing, Venture debt, Development / innovation credits, Project financing, Equity fundraising support
• Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills. Experience negotiating financing structures and term sheets. Understanding of manufacturing cost structures and CapEx planning.
• Experience with public funding landscapes in Germany or the EU is a plus. Experience in regulated or certification-driven industries is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate strategically and execute operationally.
• Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication across technical and business teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German or another European language is a plus.
