You don't just know electrical engineering from theory – and do you want to take on more responsibility in the future?
Then, this position could be your next step.
We are not looking for a specific job title. We are looking for a person with high technical competence, organizational talent, and the desire to take on responsibility.
Whether you work as an electronics technician, electrical engineer, master, technician, or technically skilled commercial employee (m/f/d) today is not important to us. What matters most is that you understand electrical engineering principles, can oversee projects, and are eager to develop yourself further. We are a family-run electrical engineering company based in Dortmund, and we work for commercial and industrial clients, even beyond our local area.
Our projects range from classical electrical engineering and lighting systems to network technology, e-mobility, photovoltaics, as well as service and maintenance.
Your task with usYou provide an important interface between customers, planning, project management, the construction site, and our employees.
In doing so, you work increasingly independently and ensure that our electrical engineering projects are implemented neatly in terms of technology, organization, and quality.Your tasksTechnical preparation and accompanying our projects, reviewing and processing billing schedules and technical documents, supporting cost, material, and work planning, technical communication with clients, planners, suppliers, and project stakeholders, coordination with construction and project management teams as well as our field personnel on site, checking quality of work, adherence to schedules, and technical requirements, identifying deviations and developing feasible solutions, supporting measurement, change orders, and documentation, accompanying projects from planning through acceptance.
Who we are looking forIt's less important to us what title you have today. What we're interested in is what you can do and where you want to develop yourself. You fit in with us if you:You need to have excellent knowledge in electrical engineering, energy technology, and building technology, be able to confidently understand technical drawings, plans, and performance specifications, enjoy organizing tasks, maintain a clear overview, work independently and solution-oriented, be willing to take on responsibility, communicate clearly and reliably with clients, colleagues, and project partners, and value quality and clean technical solutions. An apprenticeship or further education as an electrician, electrical engineer, master craftsman, or technician is ideal - but not the only path for us.
A lateral entry from a commercial-technical field is also possible, provided the necessary expertise in electrical engineering is available.
The position is particularly interesting for you if...
… you may still be working in the second row today, but you realize that you are capable of more and would like to take on greater responsibility.
You don't have to be a fully-fledged project manager from day one with us.
We are looking for someone who is professionally competent, proactive, and willing to take on more responsibility step by step.
Energy and Building Technology | Full-time | Dortmunda permanent full-time position with a diverse range of responsibilities, short decision-making processes, direct exchange with management and project leaders, independent work, supported opportunities for further training and development, attractive compensation, and additional benefits, the chance to actively further develop your position and area of responsibility. If you have professional skills and would like to take on more responsibility in the future, we should get to know each other.
