Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation im Ingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau mindestens auf Techniker- beziehungsweise Fachwirt-Niveau
• Jeweils mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Change Management, Configuration Management und Engineering im Bereich Cabin Customization
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP, ICC, CATIA V5, PDMLink als Produktdatenmanagement-System / Validierungstool, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy und VPM A350 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Erfahrung im Versions- und Customization-Geschäft sowie mit der Airbus-Toollandschaft ist von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse
• Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Zielerreichung und effizienten Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

You will handle version preparation and provide the functional definition for cabin Partition Engineering on Single Aisle and Wide Body aircraft. You will support the development of new and enhanced customer-specific concepts and coordinate their technical implementation.

Your tasks

• Translate and implement customer requirements during version preparation to identify necessary configuration adjustments
• Prepare and follow up on Design Reviews within the specification with all involved stakeholders, including ensuring the completeness of technical documentation
• Manage the effectivity of installation documentation
• Technically coordinate engineering service providers, including version processing activities
• Create and check installation documentation and specifications
• Support project management during development and manufacturing, including independently leading optimization projects

Your profile

• Qualification in engineering or mechanical engineering at least at technician or Fachwirt level
• More than two years of professional experience in each of the following areas: change management, configuration management, and engineering within Cabin Customization
• Advanced application knowledge of SAP, ICC, CATIA V5, PDMLink as a product data management system / validation tool, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, and VPM A350, as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
• Experience in the version and customization business and with the Airbus tool landscape is a plus
• Negotiation-level German and proficient English
• Ability to quickly recognize and analyze technical relationships and operating principles
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working approach to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with contacts at all levels
