In this role, you support project management in a customer service environment. The focus is on planning, steering, reporting, risk and opportunity management as well as the integration of schedule, cost, resource and quality data.

Your tasks

• Integrate and analyse schedule, cost, resource and quality data
• Create and maintain programme and project plans including work breakdown structures
• Support risk and opportunity management in a project environment
• Monitor performance, milestones and overall project progress
• Support configuration control and change management related to contractual data
• Implement, steer and report on project management processes and tools

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, management or similar
• More than 5 years of experience in project management
• More than 3 years of experience in communication or stakeholder management
• Very good knowledge of change management, ideally in systems development
• Confident use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware-E7 is beneficial
• Business-fluent German and English skills; PM certification such as PMI, EPM or IPMA is beneficial
