DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking a dedicated and reliable Project Assistant (m/f/d) – Finance (AMLA) for a financial authority in Frankfurt am Main .

In this role, you will work closely with the Governance team and Project Managers, playing a key part in keeping projects organised and on track. From coordinating meetings and stakeholders to supporting project documentation, reporting and deadlines, you will help drive projects forward and contribute to their successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and organisational support to the Governance and Project teams
Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder communication, including follow-up activities
Support Project Managers with planning, documentation, reporting and project materials
Maintain schedules, dashboards and tracking tools to monitor progress and deadlines

Requirements:

Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences)
1-5 years of experience in project assistance or administrative support

Strong proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of project management tools

Strong organizational Skills and excellent communication abilities

Advantageous: experience with EU/international projects and tools

A interim (9-months plus possibility to prolong) employment contract according to the DGB/GVP collective agreement
Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses
