We are looking for a Product Manager – Logistics (f/m/d) to join our SAAS team and help us to optimize delivery processes for our customers around the world.

Our SaaS solution "Last Mile Master” aims at gaining the highest logistical efficiency with every last mile delivery through a unique combination of digitally modelling delivery processes and automating them at high scale.

If you are a customer driven problem solver with a strong interest in highly scalable and automated logistic processes, then the tiramizoo SaaS team is the right place for you.

Your Objectives:

Manage technically demanding software solutions that decide upon the delivery experience of thousands of customers everyday

Prioritize and manage the work of a cross-functional development team in tandem with an Engineering Manager

Work closely with Customer Success to solve new customer cases

Generate customer insights through experimentation and help internal stakeholders to take smarter decisions

Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap

2+ years of experience in software product management with a proven history of delivering results, logistics is a plus
Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products
Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
Fluent in German and English
Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

Working in the logistics industry
Working with OKRs
