• You have successfully completed a university degree in engineering and demonstrate a particular aptitude for academic work (as evidenced by the quality of your PhD or an equivalent academic achievement).
• You have extensive professional experience in relevant areas of digital production systems or technology.
• You enjoy inspiring students about production engineering, digitalization, and the transformation of industrial value creation. Ideally, you are familiar with modern teaching practices and methods.
• Your profile is characterized by a collaborative and inclusive work style, as well as a willingness to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly in fields such as robotics, AI, laser technology, materials science, or logistics.
