We maximize product availability with minimal cashflow investment in 1/10 of the time.
We solve a real problem for SMEs. With AI.
The problem we solve: Mid-size Shopify brands lose revenue and cash to stockouts and inefficiencies every day. They can see the problem. They can't fix it fast enough.
What VOIDS does: VOIDS is the AI brain for mid-size Shopify brands. We forecast demand at the product level, catch stockouts and inefficiencies before they happen, and tell e-commerce teams exactly what to do — or execute it automatically with a click.
The result: 98% inventory efficiency. 20x ROI. Six-figure cash unlocked. Within weeks.
Traction: Launched June 2023. Since then: 300% growth, 1B+ data points processed, €2M ARR, 50+ brands live, including Hyrox, 6pm, Creamyfabrics, and NatureHeart. Now targeting €10M ARR by 2027.
Where we're going: Today we own demand forecasting and stock management. Tomorrow: fully autonomous AI-driven procurement. We're not building features — we're rebuilding how modern commerce operates.
Why join now: We're a small, fast team where every hire shapes the company's trajectory. You'll work directly with Jannik and Tobias, two founders who live and breathe e-commerce and AI, and own how we win and grow the accounts that fund the next stage of the company. This isn't a quota-filling seat. You'll build the commercial engine for a fully AI-driven future.
With high autonomy. At real impact. With real ownership.
We're just getting started — want to build it with us?
Tasks
As our first SDR , you own the top of the funnel end to end.
Generate pipeline. Cold calls, LinkedIn, and email against a clear monthly qualified-meeting target. Volume matters, but so does who you're calling
Own your target lists. Find the brands with real inventory pain before you dial. Our product can read a Shopify catalogue and tell you who's bleeding — use it, and build outreach around what you find
Qualify properly. Every meeting you hand over comes with context: catalogue size, stockout signals, current tooling, who actually decides. AEs should walk into the call already knowing the story
Build the outbound machine. Sequences, messaging, segments. You test, you measure, you keep what works and document it so the next SDR inherits it instead of starting over.
Delegate the repetitive parts to AI. Research, enrichment, first-draft personalisation, list building. If you're doing it manually twice a week, automate it
Close the loop. Feed what you hear on calls back to the founders and product team. You're the first to know when the market's objections change
Show up in person. Represent VOIDS at e-commerce events (K5, NewCom, OMR in DACH) and work the room for meetings
Requirements
Fluency in German (DACH focus) and English (we work internationally)
1–3 years as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS, with numbers you can quantify, or a hungry career-changer who can prove the same drive another way
Genuinely comfortable cold calling . This role is not email-only and you'll be on the phone daily
Experience reaching founders, C-level, and heads of function at SME or mid-market companies
Natural affinity for understanding data
Proficiency with HubSpot and outbound tooling (sequencing, enrichment, data providers)
Clear, professional, asynchronous communication
High resilience, a willingness to experiment, and comfort with ambiguity and autonomy

We care less about titles and more about impact.
So skip the cover letter. Instead, tell us two things:
1. The best sell of your life. What it was, who you were up against, and how you got it over the line. Small deal, big deal — we care about the how.
2. Why sales, and why this. What keeps you in the job, and what you find interesting about mid-size Shopify brands and the problem we're solving.
A few honest paragraphs beat a polished template. We read every one.
We show an excerpt and a link, and the full text when the source allows it. Brands and logos shown belong to their owners.
