Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) Part-Time / Minijob (10h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

• Tax & Monthly Report Review: Assist in reviewing and verifying the daily bookkeeping entries (Buchungssätze) and monthly financial reports (BWA/G&V) prepared by the external German tax advisor (Steuerberater) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• HQ Reporting & Data Alignment: Responsible for compiling, translating, and preparing cross-border financial data to ensure information symmetry between the German subsidiary and the Chinese parent company group, acting as a reliable linguistic and cultural bridge.
• Document Management & Archiving: Systematically organize, verify, and archive physical/digital invoices, accounting vouchers, and financial documents; conduct strict compliance checks (e.g., tax IDs, company names, amounts) to meet local German audit requirements.
• Operational & Payment Support: Responsible for verifying various incoming invoices and preparing payment application forms, while assisting in driving and following up on the parent company’s payment approval workflows; conduct compliance pre-audits and data preparation for employee travel expense reports and administrative financial documents before submitting them to the parent company's finance team.

Your profile

Your Profile:- Language Skills (Mandatory Criterion): Native proficiency or bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is strictly required for seamless, real-time financial reporting and technical alignment with our parent company group in China.

• Local Languages: Good communicative skills in German and/or English (written and spoken) to handle local German invoices, review tax advisor documentation, and communicate effectively within the Schweinfurt office.
• Location & Permit: Currently based in Schweinfurt or the immediate surrounding region with a short commute. Must hold a valid German residence and work permit (e.g., Student Visa/Werkstudent, Family Reunion Visa, or permanent residency).- Skills & Education: Academic background or initial practical knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related commercial field. Basic understanding of German accounting principles (HGB) is highly advantageous. Proficient in MS Excel.
• Attributes: High level of reliability, strong attention to detail, and absolute discretion when handling sensitive corporate financial data.
