Your role

As the strategic link between global Life Science commercial excellence teams and Life Science Digital, Data & IT, you translate commercial ambitions into technology roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. You build and maintain the Lead-to-Order roadmap around the needs of key account managers, sales representatives, sales managers and other users, prioritizing outcomes over features. As the IT Product Owner, you take ownership of the solution across Salesforce CRM and the pricing platform, working closely with the business owner and solution architects to ensure every decision fits the business need. You turn strategy into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide globally distributed agile squads as they bring the roadmap to life. You lead process discovery workshops, create capability maps and identify opportunities to simplify and standardize CRM and commercial pricing processes. You help shape a consistent global pricing approach across channels and platforms, including discounting, approval matrices, margin controls and multi-currency requirements. You represent IT in Commercial Excellence, CRM Excellence, Digital Marketing, Commercial Pricing and eCommerce product discussions, bringing early insight into pain points, possibilities and trade-offs. You challenge priorities constructively and introduce new ideas when they can create meaningful impact. You coordinate demand intake for larger initiatives, including architecture reviews and funding approvals, while keeping solutions aligned with security, privacy and data governance standards. Together with sales enablement, pricing and IT delivery teams, you plan releases, communicate change and make adoption stick.

Who you are

You bring at least eight years of experience in IT product ownership, business analysis or solution consulting for CRM, CPQ or pricing platforms.

You have strong practical knowledge of Salesforce, including standard and custom objects, security and sharing, Lightning Experience, automation, product bundles and quote configuration.

You understand complex B2B pricing, including discount structures, approval matrices, margin controls and multi-currency models.

You are an experienced Product Owner who prioritizes backlogs by value and writes clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.

You have a track record of leading cross-functional, international teams without direct line authority and of influencing senior stakeholders.

You understand business processes in depth and can explain technical options clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

You are fluent in written and spoken English and are comfortable adapting your communication to different audiences; experience with Jira and Confluence is essential.

Experience with Zilliant or similar pricing platforms, SAP SD pricing and CRM–SAP integrations, relevant Salesforce or Product Owner certifications, enterprise demand management, persona-based discovery or user research is an advantage.
