The Impact You'll Make

As a Service Sales Driver for the Rest of World (ROW) region, you will help grow Danfoss’ lifecycle services business by enabling customers to maximize uptime, improve performance, and extend the value of their installed equipment. Your work will directly support stronger customer outcomes while creating sustainable business growth.

You will serve as a trusted commercial partner, connecting customer challenges with service agreements, lifecycle spare parts programs, and value-added service solutions. By building long-term relationships across multiple channels, you will help strengthen Danfoss’ position as a preferred lifecycle partner.

Working closely with regional sales teams, channel partners, and key stakeholders, you will expand service adoption across the installed base and contribute to recurring revenue growth throughout the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop lifecycle service solutions that improve customer uptime, efficiency, and asset performance.
• Grow service agreements, spare parts programs, and service offerings to create recurring revenue and long-term customer value.
• Identify opportunities within the installed base and convert them into sustainable service business growth.
• Partner with OEMs, distributors, service partners, and sales teams to increase service adoption across the ROW region.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and countries to accelerate service initiatives and deliver successful customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience selling industrial services, aftermarket solutions, technical B2B offerings, or related business development solutions.
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value for customers.
• Experience working with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer), distributors, service partners, and end customers in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven stakeholder management, relationship-building, and pipeline development capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across international and matrix organizations while driving results through influence.

What You'll Get from Us

At Danfoss, you'll join a purpose-driven company focused on engineering solutions that enable a more sustainable future. You'll have the opportunity to shape a growing service business with significant potential and visible impact.

You will work in a collaborative international environment where learning, innovation, and continuous improvement are encouraged. Through close partnership with colleagues and customers across the globe, you'll build valuable expertise while helping create lasting customer value.

You'll have the opportunity to influence business growth across the ROW region, develop your commercial capabilities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Danfoss’ lifecycle service offering.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you're excited about helping customers unlock more value from their installed equipment while growing a high-potential service business, we'd love to hear from you.

Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking, and your unique background may be exactly what we're looking for.
