• Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, interviews, and negotiations
• Manage document workflows, electronic filing \(DMS & SAP\), and contractual documentation
• Support the Contract Officer with administrative tasks and drafting standard documents
• Handle incoming mail and general correspondence
• Provide general secretarial support, including travel coordination and deputy cover

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/DMS experience is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive to urgent requests
