Project Coordinator (m/w/d)

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years coordinating technical projects (software, robotics, automation, or similar)
• Experience juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A track record of creating structure yourself — planning, tracking, reporting, or documentation — rather than just working within someone else's system
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to distill complexity for busy people
• Experience with management presentations and reporting
• Proactive and independent — you set priorities, ask questions, and follow through
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, still-forming environment
• Enthusiasm for using modern and AI tools in daily work
• Fluent English
• Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and tools like Jira/Confluence

Nice to Have

• Background in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or manufacturing
• Technical degree (engineering, CS, mechatronics, or equivalent) — no coding required, but enough to follow engineering discussions
• Purchasing experience: quotations, requisitions, lead times, supplier communication, ERP/SAP
• Familiarity with project management frameworks
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment
• Willingness to travel to customer/partner sites
• German helpful; Chinese a plus
