YOUR PROFILE

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Brand Management, Brand Governance, or Brand Strategy, ideally within the Sports, FMCG, Lifestyle, or Entertainment sectors.
• Brand Lover: A true passion for brands with an exceptional eye for design, aesthetics, and details that elevate a brand from good to legendary.
• Brand Governance & Architecture: Proven track record in maintaining brand guidelines, managing complex brand architectures, and reviewing partner assets for top-tier execution.
• Hands-On & Solution-Oriented Mindset: High operational drive with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, tackle daily brand roadblocks, and manage execution details independently.
• Communication & Enablement Skills: Outstanding communication skills with experience creating engaging training materials and inspiring internal/external stakeholders around brand identity.
• Collaborative Team Player: High emotional intelligence, an open mindset, and a brand-first attitude, adept at working cross-functionally with creative, communications, and business leads.
• Language Skills: Business-fluent English skills (written and spoken) are required; German or additional languages are a plus.
