• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Consultant, CRM Product Owner, Salesforce Business Analyst, CRM Manager, or in a comparable role.
• Technical & Professional Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and a deep understanding of CRM and sales processes.
• Proven track record in international transformation, rollout, or digitalization projects.
• Ideally, practical experience in sales or a sales-related function, enabling you to understand user challenges and translate them into valuable business solutions.
• Experience in requirements management and the prioritization of complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Ability to balance strategic objectives with operational execution and deliver tangible results.
• Languages: Business fluent English skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Personality:
• Strong presence and the ability to operate confidently in an environment with high expectations and diverse stakeholder interests.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, whether defining a product roadmap or detailing specific business requirements.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and drive, paired with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Passion for change, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful business impact.
