• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision
• Proficiency with AI tools and building first agents
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate with autonomy
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly as priorities evolve
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine drive to support others
