Targets of the Position

Your Role

In this role, you will support customer and internal projects through the analysis of natural and synthetic fragrances in market samples using GC and GC/MS. You will be responsible for sample preparation, method development, basic fragrance formulation, and the maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical systems.

• Analyze natural and synthetic fragrances in market samples using GC and GC/MS, including sample preparation and clean‑up
• Develop, adapt, and optimize analytical methods
• Create basic fragrance formulae to support perfumer creations
• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot GC and GC/MS systems
• Ensure analytical quality, data integrity, and proper documentation of results
• Provide analytical support to internal customers, manage requests, and meet deadlines

Position Requirements

About You

• Completed education as Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant/in) , CTA , or equivalent scientific/technical qualification
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific/technical field is also acceptable.
