PMO & Portfolio Operations Manager, Rx B2C (m/f/d)

About You

• You have at least three years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, project management, consulting, business operations, or a comparable coordination role .
• You understand matrix organizations and feel comfortable in environments with many stakeholders, high pace, and complex dependencies .
• You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented , and you can turn many individual inputs into one clear overall picture .
• You have a good understanding of KPIs, performance steering, business cases, controlling logic, and commercial trade-offs .
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and with the right level of detail for your audience , especially when information needs to be brought together from different teams .
• You can influence without direct authority, build trust, and follow up consistently .
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, e-commerce, regulated environments, or data-driven commercial steering is a plus.
• You speak fluent English and German .
