Country Manager - Austria

Who We're Looking For

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or a comparable field, and you apply that foundation commercially.
• You bring 7+ years of experience in ecommerce (D2C or marketplaces), FMCG, retail or consumer goods, ideally in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
• You have a strong performance marketing background and have owned an online marketing budget and marketing strategy at product, brand, category or country level.
• You have owned the full marketing channel mix and managed marketing in-house, rather than delegating the levers entirely to external agencies.
• P&L ownership experience and having steered commercial levers such as pricing, discounts, promotional calendars, assortment and product positioning, is highly desirable.
• You are analytical and data-driven, making decisions from numbers rather than assumptions, and you question the status quo when the data points elsewhere.
• You are a natural influencer and strong stakeholder manager, able to create visibility for your market and get things moving without relying on formal authority.
• You are fluent in German and English.

What We Offer

• The opportunity to create real impact, take ownership and accountability, and drive meaningful change.
