Visiting Analyst Venture Capital – Investment Team (all genders)
📍 Hamburg · 6 months, full-time. Start: January 2027
Our core belief is that the global food system needs to be rethought and transformed in the next decade - and our job is to back the most daring founders building towards that future. Oyster Bay is a European Food- & AgTech early-stage fund, investing from Seed to Series A across the entire food value chain: from autonomous robots, biotech and crop genetics, to tomorrow’s favourite consumer brands.
We’re a close-knit team of ten, with seven of us on the investment side. As a Visiting Analyst, you will be a full member of the investment team from day one.
There is no perfect CV. What we value is drive and a unique perspective. Strong plus if you have a scientific background.
Above all, it’s important to us that you have high agency. That you take a problem, run with it and figure it out along the way. That also means you think for yourself, have strong opinions which you aren’t afraid to voice, and have an exceptional work ethic.
We win as a team, and everyone here makes the people around them better. If this is you, we'd love to hear more.
We read answers before CVs. Apply with the button on this page.
Take some time to respond to the two questions in the process. (max. 200 words).
👉 Rolling review until 12th of December 2026
