Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimization, and web governance, empowering organizations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. With the launch of Siteimprove.ai, the only enterprise platform unifying content compliance and content performance, we are leading the way in the AI era—where content must perform for both humans and AI.

From accessibility and SEO/AIO to analytics and content intelligence, our Agentic Content Intelligence Platform enables organizations to create, govern, and optimize digital content that is compliant, discoverable, and effective at scale.

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our EMEA Enterprise Sales team, covering the DACH region. In this quota-carrying role, you will drive new business growth across strategic enterprise accounts, partnering with organizations typically ranging from 250M–5B+ in revenue.

You will engage senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Communications, IT, Accessibility, and Procurement to uncover business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes through Siteimprove’s SaaS and AI-powered platform. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will lead everything from prospecting and discovery through to solution alignment, negotiation, and close.

A strong command of German is required, as you will be working closely with customers and prospects across the DACH region. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing international organization, offering the opportunity to shape how leading enterprises approach accessibility, content performance, and AI-driven digital governance.

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply—even if they don’t meet every requirement. If you are motivated by impact, growth, and working at the intersection of AI, content, and digital experience, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

• Own the full sales cycle for named enterprise accounts, driving both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within your territory
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across Marketing, Digital, Communications, IT, Accessibility, and Procurement
• Execute a multi-threaded sales approach to navigate complex enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles
• Identify customer challenges and align Siteimprove’s accessibility, analytics, SEO, and content intelligence solutions to business outcomes
• Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Value Consulting, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, high-impact customer engagements
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring disciplined opportunity progression
• Stay informed on EU and DACH digital accessibility regulations, AI governance trends, and enterprise compliance requirements
• Represent Siteimprove at industry events, conferences, and regional customer forums across EMEA
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across the sales organization

What we will require of you

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record in new business and/or account growth
• Experience selling Martech, digital experience, or related enterprise software (e.g., Adobe, Oracle, Demandbase, Amplitude, Braze, 6sense)
• Fluency in German (written and spoken), with experience selling into the DACH market strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
• Experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders (CMO, CDO, CIO, and equivalent roles)
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build, forecast, and close large, strategic deals
• Collaborative mindset with a strong bias for action, learning, and cross-functional partnership
• High resilience, adaptability, and performance orientation in a fast-paced environment

What we will love about you

• Experience selling into regulated or highly governed industries such as financial services, insurance, or public sector
• Passion for digital accessibility, inclusive design, ESG, or responsible AI
• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (MEDDICC or similar) and consultative enterprise sales approaches
