As a Night Operations Specialist , you will be the host of Bob W Berlin while the city sleeps. Combining the classic responsibilities of a hotel night auditor with the hands-on mindset of our Operations team, you will make sure our guests are well looked after and our buildings are safe, quiet and ready for the morning.
Working 23:00–07:30 (including a 30-minute break), you will be based primarily at our Alexanderplatz property (289 units) while also supporting our smaller Mitte property when needed. You will be the only Bob W team member on-site at night, so independence, good judgement and a calm, solution-oriented approach are essential. You will, however, always have the remote Guest Success team and an on-call manager available for support.
This is a hands-on role where you will move between guest service, night audit, operational tasks and incident management.
In recognition of working nights, you will receive a night-work supplement on top of your base salary.
