Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of minimally invasive and hybrid cardiac therapies in the cardiovascular and medical device space. This role is pivotal in building relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting innovative technologies, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Build relationships with hospital administration and key stakeholders to promote products and initiatives.
• Support Centers of Excellence for hospitals and facilities.
• Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with directors and marketing teams to implement strategies and share industry insights.
• Attend trade shows and events as needed.
• Manage territory activity and customer engagement.
• Train and support physicians and staff in procedures utilizing advanced technologies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting quotas.
• Knowledge of endocardial ablation systems and/or occluder systems preferred.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience in the EP market and call points preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Salary:

• €100 000.00 - €110 000.00/Annum
