Introduction
We are looking for an SEO, Website & Conversion Manager to take ownership of our organic growth, websites, and the performance behind them.
Your goal is not to create ranking reports or write strategy documents. Your goal is to ensure that more people discover our solutions, engage with our websites, and become qualified leads.
You will be responsible for the continuous development of our entire web presence — from SEO strategy and website structure to conversion optimisation. You work in a data-driven way, make decisions based on facts, and consistently turn insights into measurable improvements.
Success for us does not mean simply “more traffic”. It means:
You work independently, analytically, and with a strong focus on impact. When our websites grow and perform better, it is a result of your work. When opportunities remain unused, you take ownership of identifying and addressing them.
