Requirements

What you'll need ✅️

• You've done this before: You've led growth across several channels at a self-serve, SMB or prosumer scale-up, and you can show what changed because of you. This is a senior role, so a proven track record matters
• Still hands-on: You work in the data yourself and design experiments that move numbers
• Bold judgement: You make big bets, explain them clearly and hold a direction under pressure, and you change course when the data says so
• Leadership: You've led managers or a multi-discipline team and made them better
• AI-native: AI is part of how you work every day, not a side experiment
• Cross-functional: You work as a peer with Product, Engineering and Data, and you bring the customer's voice into every decision

Nice to have 👌

• Experience in creative tools, e-commerce, print-on-demand or the creator economy
• Product or founder experience, including launching something from zero to one
