Business Development Executive (f/m/d) - Mandatory 6 Month Unpaid Internship

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence when speaking with potential customers.
• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and B2B communication .
• Confident and professional communication style, including with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations.
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also being an active member of a team.
• A creative and curious mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in Sales or Business Development is a plus, but not required.
• Experience using sales and CRM tools such as Apollo or HubSpot is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages, particularly German or Spanish, are a plus.
