About this job

Introduction

Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. Users buy and sell on Germany's No. 1 for classifieds mainly second-hand. In this way they make an active contribution to more sustainability. On average, more than 55 million ads are available in numerous categories – from children's supplies to electronics and real estate. Kleinanzeigen also offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to present their services online. Around 35 million users per month make Kleinanzeigen one of the most widely used websites in Germany. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen. Kleinanzeigen is a highly interconnected marketplace, and some of our most valuable opportunities span multiple business areas and teams.

Your tasks

The Job: As our Cross-Marketplace Delivery Manager, you will drive selected initiatives end to end across Product, Tech and Business, creating alignment, resolving dependencies and keeping execution focused on impact.

What You’ll Do:

Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of selected cross-marketplace initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product, Tech, Business, Marketing and other functions.

Proactively identify dependencies, risks and roadblocks, and drive their resolution to accelerate delivery and maximize business impact.

Establish effective ways of working with initiative stakeholders and develop scalable delivery standards that enable efficient cross-functional execution.

Own communication and reporting for senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility into progress, milestones, risks, decisions and delivery plans.

Define success criteria and KPIs aligned with Kleinanzeigen’s strategic goals, using them to measure outcomes, track progress and steer execution.

Act as a neutral point of coordination for cross-marketplace trade-offs by identifying decision needs early, developing solution options and providing data-driven recommendations.

You bring 5+ years of relevant professional experience, for example in project or program management, business development or consulting, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives and tangible business impact.
You confidently orchestrate stakeholders across Business, Product, Tech and Marketing without necessarily owning the execution teams, and you can navigate ambiguity, dependencies and competing priorities.
You bring a strong delivery and analytical toolkit, including risk and dependency management, milestone definition, Agile or hybrid delivery methods, and the ability to turn complex trade-offs into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
You are an excellent communicator and facilitator, comfortable influencing stakeholders and creating concise management presentations. You are fluent in English and German and hold a university degree.
You are highly AI-savvy and use modern AI tools hands-on to improve delivery effectiveness and efficiency. Experience in marketplaces, classifieds or e-commerce, relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe or Scrum, and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Tableau or Productboard are a plus.

This position is a maternity cover and therefore a fixed-term role for approximately one year. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the VP Core Marketplace.

At Kleinanzeigen, we care about our people — their wellbeing, growth, and life beyond work. Our benefits are designed to support you holistically, giving you flexibility and opportunities to thrive.
