The Rider Operations team in Germany serves as the operational engine driving growth across one of Uber's most key European markets. Operating at the intersection of analytical root cause analysis, strategy, and local execution, this cross-functional team owns the full rider journey-from top-of-funnel acquisition to premium loyalty activations and high-density venue operations. Uber is looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to join our Germany Country Team, a group dedicated to shaping the future of mobility in one of our most critical "Star" markets.
About the Role This role sits at the intersection of long-term strategy and real-time execution. You will lead the dual engine of Germany's expansion: identifying and scaling high-impact Growth Bets (Teens, Seniors, Courier, Health) and driving Rider Growth across premium product lines, memberships, and loyalty partnerships.
You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and City Ops to ensure that every rider and driver experience is seamless, whether they are leaving a sold-out stadium or discovering a new Uber product for the first time. What You'll Do
