A recently graduated MSc or PhD candidate with the right background and the right mindset is as welcome as someone with a few years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• MSc degree (minimum) in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Affinity with occupational health, exposure science, or risk assessment - demonstrated through coursework, thesis, or early career experience
• Practical experience in a relevant industrial setting is an advantage, but not a prerequisite

Competencies & Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving
• Genuine interest in chemistry, industrial processes, and the science of exposure assessment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a customer-facing environment
• Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
• Travel up to 50% within Europe
