Founded in 2025, Omnisent is a Munich-based defense technology company developing fully autonomous, Counter-UAS system. We are a small, high-output team from Cambridge, Imperial College, MIT, and BCG united by a mission to redefine modern airspace security.

Aufgaben

We are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to keep Omnisent running smoothly behind the scenes – coordinating schedules, managing the office, and handling the administrative details that let the rest of the team focus on building.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for the founders and leadership team
Manage office supplies and day-to-day office operations, including ordering and organizing equipment and materials
Handle expense reports, invoices, and other accounting/admin tasks
Support travel planning and logistics for team members and leadership
Organize internal events, team activities, and offsites
Act as a go-to point of contact for general organizational and administrative matters across the company
Support onboarding logistics for new hires (equipment, access, workspace setup)

Qualifikation

Prior experience in office management, executive assistant, or administrative support role
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication skills in German and English
Proactive mindset – you notice what needs to get done and take care of it without being asked
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Basic proficiency with office and accounting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, expense/invoicing tools)
EU work authorization

Experience supporting founders or leadership teams in a startup environment
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or working alongside external accountants/tax advisors
