• Leading and developing a team of approx. 5 Operations Managers
• Coaching towards ownership, analytical thinking and commercial awareness
• Building a high-performing organization with a clear focus on goals

Background &; Mindset

• Several years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations or a Big Tech environment
• Strong analytical and structured thinking as well as excellent problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on impact, ownership and continuous improvement

Leadership &; Communication

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Confident presence as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
• Ability to convince at all levels, from operational teams to client management
