Your tasks Your Responsibilities As Fleet Manager, you hold overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of our tanker fleet division. Key objectives include: • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Vessel Managers, with clear accountability for safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient vessel operations. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international regulations and certifications (e.g.

ISO 90, TMSA, OCIMF/SIRE)

• Efficient and high-quality management of the assigned vessels and teams, including continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction
• Building, maintaining, and developing sustainable relationships with tanker clients
