Your tasks As our Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's most important strategic and operational initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a modern consumer business-from strategy and finance to product development, operations and marketing. • Coordinate product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners.
• Build dashboards and analyze business performance to support decision-making.
• Implement Al tools and automation across the organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively.

Your profile ** Qualifikation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution.
• You enjoy figuring things out instead of waiting for instructions.
