Robotics Engineer — Agent Control & UAV Autonomy (m/w/d)

How you will make an impact: Design multi-agent coordination algorithms for collaborative UAV behavior Develop decision-making and task allocation systems Implement collision avoidance and mission planning logic Build behavior trees / state machines / planners for autonomous missions Integrate perception and fusion outputs into actions Develop simulation environments for large-scale autonomous testing Improve automation workflows to reduce operator workload Collaborate closely with AI, perception, and hardware teams What you need to be successful: Strong software engineering skills (C++ required, Python highly useful) Experience with robotics We offer (ROS/ROS2 or similar) Background in robotics, computer science, or AI-driven systems Knowledge of planning and Contact -making algorithms
