Implementierung des produktiven Einsatz von generative AI (LLMs), Machine Learning und agentenbasierten Workflows bei TESAT, um Geschäftsprozesse nachhaltig zu optimieren
Steuerung und Überwachung der Fortschritte sowie die Budgetentwicklung der KI-Initiativen, um eine effiziente Ressourcennutzung und den messbaren Projekterfolg sicherzustellen
Langfristige Bewertung und Wirksamkeitsprüfung umgesetzter Business Cases und KI Systemen inkl. Definition und Implementierung der Richtlinien für eine ethische, transparente und gesetzeskonforme Nutzung von KI
Qualifikation
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
Praxiserfahrung in der Umsetzung von komplexen Data-Science-, Machine-Learning- oder KI-Projekten
Erfahrung mit modernen KI-Ansätzen (z. B. GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, Vektordatenbanken) und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden
Sehr gute Prozess- und Produktkenntnisse in einem Hochtechnologieunternehmen
Strukturierte und analytische Vorgehensweise zur Lösung neuartiger, komplexer Aufgaben- und Problemstellungen
Physische und mentale Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, Hands-on-Mentalität und ein professionelles Auftreten
