Sales & Business Development Manager (2026/27 Graduate)

Your main responsibilities include:

• Exploring the local tech scene & the latest industry trends; identifying potential clients and their needs
• Reaching out to potential clients and owning the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to closing
• Managing client relationships & building strong project teams, making sure to build strong, scalable & sustainable client relationships
• Representing Netlight while meeting and networking with local industry leaders, building a strong & sustainable network of relevant industry contacts.

Requirements

• Soon-to-be Graduate / Recent Graduate / Young Professional with a master's degree
• Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English
• Passion for Tech, Sales, Communication, Networking, and Entrepreneurship
• Strong communication skills with a natural talent to build relationships & identify needs
• Some relevant experience through internships, working student jobs, or engagement in student organizations in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Venture Capital, Startups or similar, ideally in a tech-heavy environment.
