• Roboter per VR-Headset fernsteuern und dabei hochwertige Bewegungsdaten erzeugen
• Bild- und Sensordaten sichten und mit hoher Sorgfalt kennzeichnen (Labeling)
• Einfache, vorgegebene Abläufe am PC ausführen (wir zeigen dir genau, wie)
• Auffälligkeiten dokumentieren: was ist passiert, was hättest du erwartet, wann genau
• Enger Austausch mit einem kleinen, eingespielten Team

Was du mitbringen solltest

• Keine Vorerfahrung nötig – wir bringen dir alles bei, was du für den Job brauchst
• Gute Deutsch- oder gute Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
• Ruhige Hand, gutes Auge fürs Detail und Geduld bei sich wiederholenden Aufgaben
• Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse (E-Mails schreiben, Dateien verwalten reicht völlig)
• Lust, dich in eine neue, ungewöhnliche Tätigkeit einzuarbeiten
• Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und gutes Reaktionsvermögen sind hilfreich – wer gern zockt, bringt hier oft schon ein gutes Gespür für Steuerung und Timing mit
• Zuverlässigkeit und pünktliches Erscheinen

Wo und wie Stuttgart-Vaihingen, vor Ort (kein Homeoffice möglich, da mit der Technik vor Ort gearbeitet wird).

Art der Stelle & Verdienst Start als Praktikum, max. 6 Monate, Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche), 2.500 € brutto/Monat. Nach erfolgreichem Praktikum ist ein Einstieg in eine Festanstellung möglich, mit Verdienstmöglichkeiten von bis zu 65.000 € brutto/Jahr, abhängig von Erfahrung und Übernahme von Verantwortung.

Job title: Teleoperator (m/f/d) – Robot Control via VR (Internship with option to convert to full-time)

Who We Are We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world – moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can't solve.

Your Role You'll control robots through a VR headset, helping teach them how to carry out real-world tasks. Specifically:

• Operate robots via a VR headset to generate high-quality movement data
• Review and label visual and sensor data with care and precision
• Carry out simple, well-defined tasks on the computer (we'll show you exactly how)
• Document anything unusual: what happened, what you expected, and when
• Work closely with a small, hands-on team

What You Should Bring

• No prior experience required – we'll teach you everything you need for the job
• Good German or good English skills (spoken and written)
• A steady hand, good attention to detail, and patience with repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills (writing emails, managing files is plenty)
• Willingness to learn a new and unusual kind of work
• Good spatial awareness and reaction time are a plus – if you enjoy video games, you likely already have a feel for control and timing
• Reliability and punctuality

Location & Setup Stuttgart-Vaihingen, on-site (remote work isn't possible, as the role requires working with the hardware in person).

Type of Role & Pay Starts as an internship, max. 6 months, full-time (40 h/week), €2,500 gross/month. After a successful internship, there's an opportunity to move into a full-time position, with earning potential of up to €65,000 gross/year, depending on experience and responsibility taken on.
