Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to manage client relationships in this area.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
• Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
• Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
• Ability to be a self-initiator, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €78000 - €79500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage the whole business cycle for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship for another 6 months after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance and promote opportunities.
• Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, On-boarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
• Acquire high touch, high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
• Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilising the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
