Finance/Accounting, or equivalent qualification, with strong academic track record.

• 7-12 years of relevant finance

experience in industrial companies, including minimum 12 months international work experience.

• Shown analytical strength and

hands-on experience in areas such as business planning, performance monitoring, financial modeling, data analytics, new business model development, business intelligence, and post-merger reviews, with a focus on digital transformation.

• Experience leading teams and

driving complex, high-impact projects, e.g. in transformational contexts.

• Business proficiency in English

with strong communication skills.

• Flexibility and mobility within

the program duration and beyond.
