### Your Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts as well as preparing offers, while maintaining an overview of all relevant legal and commercial aspects
• Providing legal advice to specialist departments and management on key business and management decisions
• Handling legal disputes with sound judgment and coordinating with external lawyers to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Developing standard contract templates and legal documents, as well as supporting special projects and providing legal expertise where required
• Drafting and negotiating:
• EPC contracts
• Subcontractor agreements
• Framework agreements
• Providing legal support throughout project execution
• Managing variations, amendments, and claims
• Conducting legal risk analyses and assessments
• Supporting the management of guarantees and securities, including bank guarantees
• Working closely with Project Management and Finance
• Managing and coordinating external law firms
• Ensuring compliance with applicable German law, including the German Civil Code (BGB), VOB/B, and FIDIC contractual standards

### Your Profile

• You are a fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with the required legal qualifications for the position
• Strong knowledge of contract law and the ability to understand and handle complex legal matters
• 5–10+ years of professional experience in construction law, infrastructure law, or a related field
• Proven experience with EPC contracts
• Experience in claims management
• Strong commercial and business understanding
• Fluent English skills
