Campaign Marketing Manager DACH - German

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

• Manage the execution of marketing campaigns in your market, coordinating with Sales, BDRs, partners, and Marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns and drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Work closely with the Marketing Leader to align campaigns with business priorities and GTM objectives.
• Localize global and regional campaigns to meet market needs and ensure strong execution.
• Manage a range of campaigns and activities, including acquisition, cross-sell and upsell campaigns, events, webinars, and demand generation programs.
• Coordinate execution of co-marketing activities with the VPMM role, aligned with agreed GTMs and priorities.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results and execution.
• Report on campaign performance, outcomes, and learnings to the Team Lead and stakeholders.
• Join regular campaign and pipeline reviews, sharing insights with the Marketing Leader, flagging gaps, and proposing follow-up actions.
• Contribute to building QBRs with the Marketing Lead.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B campaign management, demand generation, or field marketing, with enterprise software, BI, or SaaS experience as a plus.
• A strong understanding of how to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, including campaign measurement, attribution, and pipeline contribution.
• Experience planning and managing events, webinars, and end-to-end marketing programs, from briefing through execution and measurement, as well as adapting global or regional campaigns to a specific subregion or country.
• Genuinely hands-on campaign and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and timelines at once.
• Comfort operating in a distributed, cross-functional, matrix organization, coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive projects to completion, along with experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• A data-driven and digitally savvy profile, with a solid grasp of today's B2B marketing landscape and customer journey.
• Proficiency with marketing technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office) and AI tools to boost campaign efficiency, execution, and personalization, as well as experience using intent data (6sense is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability, and the ability to navigate uncertainty and change (experience in a fast-paced mid-size tech company is a plus).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
