hold a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a comparable field
bring practical experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, cybersecurity audit, risk management, or related consulting environments
ideally have experience within industrial environments, professional services, consulting organizations, or audit-related functions
possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity risks, controls, governance frameworks, and security assessment methodologies
have experience in one or more of the following areas: identity and access management, application security, cloud security, network security, vulnerability management, incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security, or secure software development
demonstrate a strong interest in current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and evolving technologies
possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
bring solid project coordination or project management capabilities
are willing to travel internationally and work within a remote and collaborative environment
communicate fluently in English; German or additional languages are considered an advantage
