Production Planner (m/f/d) - UGV

• Create and continuously adjust production and capacity plans for Mandrill UGVs and future LAND platforms.
• Coordinate customer orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and material availability with Logistics and Procurement.
• Monitor production progress and proactively identify bottlenecks related to materials, capacity, or workforce availability.
• Prioritize and schedule production orders in Operations1/MES in alignment with customer delivery dates and ramp-up targets.
• Support the planning and execution of validation builds and Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) ramp-up activities.
• Prepare reports and KPIs related to production progress, throughput, and on-time delivery performance for management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Industrialization, Logistics, Quality, and Sales/Program
• Management to ensure aligned production planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and planning tools.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field; alternatively, equivalent professional experience in production planning.
• Experience in production planning and/or capacity planning, ideally within the automotive, machinery, manufacturing, robotics, or related industries.
• Strong experience working with ERP and MES systems as well as Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt effectively to short-term planning changes.
• Structured, proactive, and communicative working style.
• Collaborative and professional approach to working with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Good German and English language skills.
