DEIN PROFIL

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Hotelkauffrau/-mann, Veranstaltungskauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ bringst du entsprechende praktische Berufserfahrung mit.
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation, Administration, im Office Management oder am Empfang gesammelt.
• Du hast Freude daran, am Empfang zu arbeiten und täglich mit unterschiedlichen Menschen in
• Du bist organisiert, zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne selbstständig – gleichzeitig bist du ein echter Teamplayer.
• Du bist serviceorientiert, hilfsbereit und trittst gegenüber Kolleg:innen, Gästen und externen Partnern freundlich und professionell auf.
• Du hast Lust auf ein dynamisches, schnelllebiges Arbeitsumfeld, in dem nicht jeder Tag gleich aussieht und gelegentlich auch pragmatisches Anpacken gefragt ist.
• Du kommunizierst sehr sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Level) und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut (mind. B2-Level) verständigen.
• Du möchtest in Vollzeit (40 Stunden) arbeiten und bist gerne täglich vor Ort in unserem Berliner Büro.
