Passend zum Profil:

• Min. 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Kampagnenmanagement o.ä.
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (C-Level), sowie mit externen Partnern oder Agenturen
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Social Media Management und in der Umsetzung
• Gutes Verständnis von LinkedIn und anderen professionellen digitalen Kanälen im globalen Kontext
• Verfügbarkeit und Bereitschaft 4 Tage/ Woche in unserem HQ zu arbeiten
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen und Prioritäten parallel zu bearbeiten
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer proaktiven und teamorientierten Einstellung

Wünschenswerte Zusatzkenntnisse:

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Tools und KI-gesteuerten Arbeitsabläufen zur Steigerung der Effizienz, zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Verbesserung der Kampagnenumsetzung
