T.I.S. GmbH has been a specialised consulting and service company in offshore wind energy for over 20 years . We support international clients in the planning, execution and quality assurance of complex energy projects and work with leading companies in the industry.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Document Manager (m/f/d) who runs documentation processes professionally and acts as the central interface within the project.

Role

As Senior Document Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for planning, implementing and controlling project-specific, fit-for-purpose document management (DMG) across the entire document lifecycle – from creation through approval, distribution, filing and archiving to final handover.

You act as the central interface between project management, PMO, internal departments and external partners , and make a key contribution to documentation quality and efficient project communication.

Your Tasks

• Setting up, maintaining and further developing a project-specific document management system (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, ThinkProject)
