Asset Protection Manager

Who You Are:

• Strategic, risk-focused operator who prioritizes resources and translates strategy into practical site-level execution.

• Experienced multi-site leader who balances direct support with developing local ownership.

• Results-driven and analytical, using data, metrics, and root-cause analysis to deliver measurable improvements.
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, building practical solutions in fast-changing environments.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Corporate Security, Investigations, or related fields, ideally across multiple locations and complex operational environments.
• Proven experience leading investigations, audits, risk assessments, security programs, physical security systems, and cross-functional initiatives, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel.

Location : Barleban, Germany. This role will have travel to the UK.
