Junior Data Engineer & MarTech Specialist (Mobile Apps) (m/w/d)

Your profile

• Background: Background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related discipline, with an interest in marketing data, tracking systems, and campaign attribution.
• Product Feeds: Basic understanding of product feed structures; experience with tools like ProductsUp is a plus.
• Mobile Measurement Partners:  Introductory knowledge of MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer); willingness to learn troubleshooting and tracking fundamentals.
• Advertising Platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, or TikTok (hands-on experience is a plus).
• Data & Reporting:  experience working with Excel or Google Sheets; understanding of simple data handling and reporting.
• Automation & AI Tools: Interest in tools such as ChatGPT, Make.com, or Google Sheets automation; no advanced experience required.
• Analytical Mindset : Curious and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn how data supports marketing decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration:  Able to communicate clearly, ask questions, and work effectively within a team.
• Working Style:  Structured, proactive, and eager to develop technical and analytical skills.
• Languages : Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not required.
