Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO - m/f/d

Langdock’s product is expanding fast in two directions: across the work people do, with chat, agents, meetings, code and apps; and down the stack into our own compute and inference. You will help Judith stay close to the most important work across this growing product surface and the company.

What You Will Do

Run meticulous project management. You will hold the threads across dozens of topics and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You work half a step ahead, spot bottlenecks before they happen and follow through. You act as an honest broker: synthesising and pressure-testing plans to bring them to their full potential.

Augment Judith’s execution at Langdock. You will keep Judith close to the most important work across a fast-growing product surface. You will prepare her for key decisions, make sure things happen afterwards and support strategic workstreams.

Produce Judith’s ideas. You will structure and challenge Judith’s thinking to draw out the idea worth making, then shape it into a keynote, essay, video, panel, interview or key event. You will help turn customer insights and research into thought leadership that shapes how European leaders think about AI. AI is already an exceptionally capable research assistant; your value lies in depth, taste and operational structure. You do not ghostwrite. You sharpen the thinking and run the flow from first idea to finished piece.

Scale executive engagement. Together with Marketing, you will design exceptional rooms and experiences that bring Europe’s key AI decision-makers together. You will work with our go-to-market teams so Judith’s external work serves the needs of a customer base that is growing quickly.

Extend Judith’s reach into policy and the European AI ecosystem. You will prepare and follow through on policy work and ecosystem initiatives, helping Judith contribute to the conversations shaping AI in Europe.

What Makes This Different

You will work at the forefront of one of the most consequential technological shifts in history. Langdock has grown to around $50M ARR and more than 13,000 customers while remaining profitable and independent of outside investment. You will join at a moment when our product is expanding quickly and Europe needs AI companies built from Europe for the world.

Judith is Co-CEO of Langdock, Senior Partner at Visionaries Club and active across the European AI ecosystem. This role gives you a front-row seat across that breadth of work, with direct responsibility for helping turn ideas and decisions into action.

This is a tour of duty. We ask for a commitment of at least two years, with the explicit prospect of shaping a longer-term role together once we know where you shine. The scope is broad, the feedback loops are short and the learning curve is steep.

You Might Be a Fit If…

• You have a few years of experience in consulting, investing or a startup that grew quickly. You know how to structure chaos and are still incredibly hungry to learn.
• You have a deep fascination with technology and AI, and a real belief that technological progress can build a better world.
• You have impeccable taste. You know what good looks like in a sentence, a slide, an event and an argument, and you can act with confidence in Judith’s stead.
• You have range and depth. You can switch context many times a day and still go deep when it counts.
• You write clearly and speak well in the room, in both German and English.
• You bring calm and good judgement. You know what matters and what can wait, read people well, and hold them accountable with kindness.
• You see problems and fix them without being asked, and stay persistent until they are done.
• You are discreet and trustworthy, because you will see everything.
• You have an exceptional work ethic and are comfortable with a highly demanding role that includes some travel.

The Environment

You will sit with Judith in our Berlin office at Greifswalder Straße 212, where all 65 of us work together in person. Judith has a dedicated Executive Assistant for calendar, travel and admin. You will work closely with them and with Lennard’s Chief of Staff on day-to-day matters.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are catered in the office. We look after ourselves, and gym membership and coaching resources are part of the standard package. We value Calm Urgency, Ambitious Execution and Caring Ownership. The vibe is calm but intense.

Next steps

We move fast, and most hiring processes finish within two weeks. If this sounds like your kind of work, we would love to hear from you.
